Potential use of funds from a capital raise could include platform development and establishing a base driver center to offer small business education as well as a lounge.

The Cooperative will establish a membership program and begin finding potential volunteers to serve on various committees such as overall member, driver, rider standards as well as exploring benefit program opportunities.
